Adidas marked it’s territory in the footwear scene when the Adidas Island Series was first introduced in the late ’70s early ’80s. The collection was immdiately embraced by the booming ‘Casuals’ culture in the UK and eventually around the globe, the collection saw over twenty highly sought after model releases, all inspired by and named after islands of the world.
